In Milan‘s upbeat Porta Romana district, 4 EAT is a gourmet eatery which leaves nothing to chance. Every detail is governed by a concept, one of balance, and that includes décor and music in the dining room as well as the contemporary Mediterranean cuisine from the kitchen.
The ‘visual and design restaurant‘ was born of a felicitous partnership between real estate entrepreneur Oscar Pittini and creative chef Hany Nous, advocate of the 4 EAT philosophy. This starts out with equilibrium among the 4 main nutritional groups (proteins, vitamins, carbs and fats) for a healthy diet and well-being, but also for light dishes with an optimal balance of flavours. Nothing in excess, and nothing lacking.
Hany Nous does a refined à-la-carte menu of fish and meat (or rather sea and land) dishes with more than a hint of fusion, and a tempting tasting menu for each, all from fresh natural ingredients in their season. The delicious breads are home-made. Be advised on your choice from a good Italian wine list with some French labels (also listed on the website) or you could upset the balance…
Harmony reigns in the minimalist dining room too, with seductive white interiors, art on the walls meticulously coordinated with design details, and of course the right sounds. All set for a relaxing, sensuous experience.
